After the book design…

Now what? I’m too impatient for the publishing world. Native Moments won’t be out until July 2017, so I know they have other books to work on before mine, but I’m ready now. I’ve decided to give it one more edit while I wait for the request from my editor. I’ve noticed some grammatical mistakes I do quiet bit. Here is an example:

“Sanch was standing in line.”

I’m changing these type of sentences to

“Sanch stood in line.”

I’m not sure why I used the word “was” so much. But I’ve went through and began highlighting them and couldn’t believe how many there were.

It’s a good exercise. Hopefully my editor will appreciate it.

Try it and let me know if it improves your writing.
